A new layout for the day... I think I'm losing my scrap mojo... what do you all think? Cut a tad off on the right. Or, left if your'e talking about the layout's anatomical left. :)
I think it is a cute layout. The only suggestion I would have if you want to tweak it is take the gold charm off and make the ribbon a primary color. I think it would go well with the circles and his red outfit! :-)

I think it's great! I love those rich colors (especially the touch of red to match your son's outfit).
