- Polenta with Quick Mushroom-and-Meat Sauce 7 points Guess what, I really like polenta! It's also a great option for those who can't have wehat. Who knew? The kids ate it up too.
- Fettuccine Alfred with Bacon 7 points Just delicious as it sounds. I think it's only 7 points, mainly because you only get a cup of pasta. I needed at least 10 points to fill me up. Sad news, but I'm sure a regular cream/parm cheese alfredo is at least 15 points -- for just a cup!
- New England Baked Beans -- 7 points Totally everything you think baked beans should be. A great foray into dried beans for those who haven't tried them before. I made them in the crock pot. I cooked the beans on the stove and then for the 2.5 hours of cooking time, I did it in the crock pot (I did it more like 3 hours on high, I think I could've done 4 hours on high -- I wanted them a little more cooked). Also, this serving size is high. I could easily do a 5 point serving. :)
- I made this for Family Home Evening tonight. It looks absolutely delicious, but it's in the fridge. I hope to give it five stars next weeks (5 points).
