So, I have some really favorite things that I have gotten for kids or their room.
First off, blackout drapes. Hello. LOVE them. P has finally started to sleep til' 7 am or so... feeling pretty lucky about that. I think I may or may not be able to thank these drapes for that. I really like the ikea storage unit we got for the boys. It will be great for backpacks. IT's low enough to sit on if you need to tie your shoes (THAT'S RIGHT, TIE YOUR SHOES BOYS). Anyway, I do love me some cubby room, that's not news though.
I got some reusable swim diapers for P and I LOVE them. I think I've saved a fortune on Huggies. She's smart enough (so far, knocking on wood) to not poop in them. It's just nice to not have to throw something away every time. Yay.
Right now, the boys are loving the wii, and P is loving our extensive collection of Mr Potato head stuff. If you're ever at Disneyland, stop in the Toy store in California Adventure. Sure, the pieces are crazy expensive, but my kids all LOVE them. Anyone else have those?Well, happy weekend. I hope you have some favorites of your own out there!

I, too, must admit to worshiping my black-out curtains from time to time. The worst is when the kids won't go to bed because "it's not night time!!"
And a place for the kids' stuff is paramount to keep the disaster under control.
